I appreciate all kinds of art - my house has a varied mix of Banksy prints and sculptures by various local sculptors for example. If I had to name my favorite artist, it would be an animator. His name is Paul Morehead Jr. and he is up and coming. I’m lucky enough to see his work as it is being done on a regular basis. Paul is a student studying animation in another country at the moment so I do not get a chance to see what he is working on. He is always working on something new. Sometimes it is paints. Sometimes it is pencils. Paul works with many types of drawing and painting tools. He has a knack for drawing lifelike characters, and he is now able to digitally animate them as a result of his university degree from a school in Vancouver, Canada. It is always smart to pursue furthering your education and Paul is doing just that right now. Paul is a fan of earlier and more modern Disney cartoons and I believe it greatly inspires him to be creative. It is worth mentioning that Paul’s grandmother, while alive, drew for Hallmark and their greeting cards.
