Hunting for a Sample Complaint Letter Concerning Fast Food Negligence

I went to a fast food this morning to buy something to eat for my children. I decided to order some pizza seeing that the item looked sumptuous and its price was cheap. I reached home in time for lunch and everybody was excited to taste what I bought as this was the first time I made a purchase from the said store. To our surprise, we saw a cockroach resting on top of the pizza. We were all disgusted that we suddenly lost our appetite. Now, I want the management to learn about it. I already took photos of the pizza, with the insect on it and I plan to attach the photo to a complaint letter. This was the first time I ever encountered a truly sickening service from a fast food. I must hunt for a sample complaint letter right away and create one myself. I cannot imagine what might have happened to me and the kids if we did not see the cockroach. This has establishment has to be reprimanded for their negligence.
