Facebook technical support proves its worth at my time of need.

The whole of last week, I have not used my Facebook account. I have been experiencing some technical problems as I tried to log in to my account from my computer, and I thought they were going to end soon, but I was wrong. I tried using another computer and everything was good, meaning the issue was only with my computer's connection. I thought about hiring the services of a technician, but I feared that their cost will be too high. As I waited for a solution to pop into my mind, my best friend advised me to try contacting facebook technical support. I had not thought about it, in fact I have never sought help in Facebook's site. I agreed, although I was not sure I was going to be helped. Contrary to my expectations, I received help immediately. I was guided oh how I was going to change the settings in my Facebook application, and I was also asked to update my software in order to get a good connection. This was a saviour in deed.
